What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you’re at the heart of our kitchen. You’ll help deliver high-quality, flavorful dishes while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Prep and cook menu items with consistency and care
- Set up and stock your station for success
- Work closely with your team to ensure timely, accurate orders
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Minimize food waste and uphold quality standards
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership

What You Bring
- Previous kitchen experience (preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person!)
- Food Handler’s Card
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and working in a high-energy kitchen
- Able to handle hot food and repetitive motions
